The EVA had to be imported from Thailand to the factory in order to reach the standards necessary. Not just another Inflatable SUP, Starboard had to have the material especially made in order to make this board 35" wide model - (the widest inflatable paddle-board on the market).
The photo above is of the 10' x 35" Starboard Inflatable Paddle-board. (thank you to Easy-rider) When inflated to the full 15psi, they are stiff and rock hard. The Boards have been built with convexity, so that when you stand on them the rocker corrects to the right shape. Starboard have introduced, bottom hull shape and nose concave to help them catch waves smoothly, more closely matching performance of the other Starboard SUP technologies, vastly improving performance of existing inflatable paddle-boards.
The Center fin is removable, all models come with solid attachment rings on the front deck for equipment. These boards are white water ready - tough and high performance.
