Koh Samaesan Sattahip - Really pleasant Stand Up Paddle trip - 2 hours drive from Bangkok. 20 minutes from Pattaya. There are places around here that will be great for surfing when the swells come in. |

Monkey Island Sattahip - Leave from Sattahip Navy base and cruise around the island - 2 hours drive from Bangkok. Cant wait to do this one again on a calm summer morning. |

Ao Kai - Clean swell surfing - Next Bay South of Leam Mae Phim, in Rayong Province. Watch the swell charts and drive an hour out of Pattaya. When the Swell wraps into the gulf this area is sheltered from NE winds. Glassy perfect conditions for learning your SUP Surfing basics. Great for beginners and deserted when we were there. |

Sam Yoi Rot - 300 Mountain Peaks - River meanders through the limestone cliffs near the coast - 45km South of Hua Hin, a longtime destination for Kayak tours. Take a break from Hau Hin's busy beaches and roads and listen to the wind in the mountain tops as you glide on your Paddleboard. |

Hau Hin - Western Gulf of Thailand - We went to the PKRA Kite-boarding Competition to show our SUP's and join the scheduled races. Ended up Surfing 3 days, and even had a SUP SURF CONTEST, though the swell was almost gone that day. Great to see so many people learning to SURF on SUP in Thailand. |

SUP Racing Thailand - Each Month Amara Watersports Host BOP (Battle of the Paddle) style SUP Relay Races for fun. Everyone welcome to join, we supply Boards and paddles for the relay race. |

Mermaids Dive Centre's Beach Clean Up - day at Beautiful Koh Sak, near Koh Larn in Pattaya. Over 3 tones of rubbish recovered from the beach and from the sea bed. SUP's were a huge hit for the kids to play with after the hard work was done. |
